- Non-Cancellable Items: Perishable items like flowers and food cannot be cancelled. Refund/replacement is possible if quality is poor.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- Damaged or Defective Items: Must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
- Not as Described: Contact us within 7 days if the product is different from what was shown online.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Please contact the product manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
